Spring has come and it’s time for some WORK OUT INSPIRATION! Have you fell off the wagon? This post will help inspire you to get YO SEXY BACK!
Why are you working out?????
On Thursday and Sunday, I do fast at home exercises.
Example:
- When I really don’t feel like working out, I participate in a class. Ex: step aerobics, boxing, hip hop aerobics etc. I always run for the front row and so should you! Being in a class environment forces me to perform.
- When I need to burn off more calories: I walk on the treadmill. But.... It’s a trick. INCLINE!!! While on the treadmill my incline is set to 15 (highest it will go) and my speed is usually anywhere between 3.0-4.0. In an hour you could burn 700-1200+ calories depending on your weight and age. Tip: Make sure you enter your weight and age info before you get started.
- I am running and lifting weights. I know… you are probably thinking ugh! But running can become additive. I hated it at first… but now when I don’t get to run, I feel bad. If you need a few ideas on how to get started running Check out (FOLLOW) my Pinterest Page.
- (VERY IMPORTANT) You gain weight in the kitchen… and you also lose weight in the kitchen. It’s all about portion control. Portion size is very important to my diet.
