Hey Ladies,
You've asked, so HERE IT IS! I've been trying to figure out how I wanted to do this post for sometime now. I wanted to help those out there that want "HEALTHY HAIR".
This will be a new series on the blog.
I have a relaxer, but these tips are good for both natural or relaxed hair.
Part 1 will cover: How I Sleep
I wanted to share a few sleeping items I use. What you sleep on, or tie your hair up with is so much more important then you think.
1st: Satin Pillow Case
If you are sleeping on a cotton pillow case.... STOP! Please head out to your local beauty supply and purchase a satin pillow case today! Cotton pillow cases are the root of the problem to dry ends, head sweats, and breakage. You will be surprised how a satin pillow case can change your life.
Here is the brand I use

2nd: Satin Cap (Bonnet)
I use a satin cap for different reasons.
1. For a Shower Cap.
2. Sleeping Cap for certain styles.
ex: When I pin curl my hair and some roller wrap styles.
Here is the brand of cap I use below.
