FYI my top is a scarf. Here's how I did it.
Tie two corners of your scarf around your neck. Take the remaining two corners and tie them around your waist for a halter-top effect.
Helpful Hint: Tie the scarf tight and you won't have to worry about your boobs falling out. :)
Outfit Idea: It's still HOT here in Indy, but this can also be worn with a blazer or jacket.
